Limor Zur-Stoller, CPA, MBA – Chief Financial Officer

Limor is a seasoned professional financial leader, bringing over 20 years of experience in key managerial positions in global, public High-tech and Biotech companies as well as in early-stage start-up companies. Most recently she served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Business Development with Smart Agro – an R&D limited partnership which Limor took through an IPO on TASE in October 2020 – and Chief Executive Officer of BioCloud Ltd.

Prior to that Limor spent several years in agro-tech startup Rootility Ltd – first as CFO and COO, and eventually as CEO – where she was responsible for revising company’s strategy, business planning, fund-raising funds, M&A process and initiation of commercialization including management of sales & marketing, production team and operations; of both the parent-company in Israel and its US subsidiary. Limor also served as the CFO of Nutrinia Ltd, a neonatology global start-up company developing pharmaceuticals to treat rare conditions of the gastrointestinal tract.

Notably, Limor was the founding CFO of Rosetta Green Ltd. which she led to an IPO on TASE and eventually a sale to Monsanto Inc., leading to her appointment as Monsanto’s Israel Finance Lead. Previously she served as the CFO / VP Finance of Rosetta Genomics (NASDAQ: ROSGQ), GammaCan (NASDAQ OTC: GCAN) and RadView (NASDAQ: RDVWF), and Controller of CheckPoint (NASDAQ: CHKP).

Limor is a Board-Certified CPA (Israel), holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA (Honors) from the Israeli College of Management.
