Arik Hybloom, CPA , joins HIL as Director of Finance
A CPA (Israel) for the past 18 years, formerly with Deloitte, Arik brings substantive experience in management, banking and finance.
Prior to joining HIL, Arik served as COO and CFO at P2W (Pollution to Water, Ltd.), where he had direct responsibility for the entire financial activity of the company and acted as the CEO’s deputy in all aspects of company’s activity. Among other things Arik was directly responsible for the ongoing business of the company, including the daily operations of its plants abroad; he was in charge of logistics and procurement in the tens of millions of USD per annum, and responsible for fund raising and financing of P2W’s large-scale projects – upwards of USD 100 million.
Prior to that he served 6 years as VP Operations and Compliance for State Bank of India in Israel, where he oversaw all operational aspects of the bank, financial reports and reporting, credit, regulation, controls, internal audits and business development. As partner to the establishment of the branch in Israel – from the very early stages of licensing, staff recruitment, strategic planning and policies layout – Arik was directly responsible for the recruitment and preservation of over 300 active business customers, which led the bank to profitability and ongoing growth in its activity in Israel.
Before that Arik held various positions in the Israeli and international banking sectors, among them: CFO for 3 affiliates of Bank of Jerusalem, Branch Manager at Mizrahi Tfahot Bank, and Director of the Branch for Dexia Israel.
Arik holds BA degree in Business and Accounting from the College of Management in Rishon Lezion, Israel, and completed additional high-level Accounting studies.
